Esther Maledzi is Christian-based Non-Profit Company (NPC) established in 2016, which provides educational & financial support to disadvantaged children to enable them to pursue tertiary education and gain work experience through vacation work programs

This we achieve by supporting learners from disadvantaged secondary schools with extra lessons facilitating role modelling campaigns hosting career days life skills workshops

Esther-Maledzi also provides spiritual support to learners through prayer

Tertiary Educationd

  • Historically disadvantaged learners from rural areas and townships are deprived of accessing tertiary education part of the reason is
  • Due to of lack of funds or financial support,
  • Another reason is their secondary school results are often not good enough for them to earn bursaries and yet,
  • Whilst, they are equally capable of successfully completing higher education qualifications.
  • Esther-Maledzi recognises these challenges and thus aims to make a difference by enabling historically disadvantaged learners to access higher education, earn qualifications and contribute to economic development in their society.

Secondary Education

  • Historically disadvantaged learners from rural areas and townships are deprived of accessing tertiary education part of the reason is
  • Learners from under-resourced and poor communities often times do not receive a quality education
  • Lack of resources, infrastructure and experienced educators are some of the challenges
  • Through it’s internship program of giving unemployed graduates work experience.
  • Esther-Maledzi provides extra lessons to the above-mentioned schools
  • These tutors not only deliver extra lessons but act as role models to the learners.
